The 5th Annual Edington CBIZ Next Practice Award for Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing Winners Announced
The Edington CBIZ Next Practice Award nominees were considered based on five core pillars: Senior Leadership, Operational Leadership, Self-Leadership, Recognition and Rewards and Quality Assurance. Applicants were required to submit an application that describes the organizations' engagement in wellbeing initiatives across the workplace. The panel of judges was comprised of 12 wellbeing and human resource subject matter experts.
