CBIZ Appoints Medical Management Practice Executives

Mr. Hulsey will be responsible for the continued growth and development of the Medical Management Practice. Most recently serving as CBIZ MMP's Executive Vice President of East Region Operations, Mr. Hulsey has more than 16 years of experience in operations management, practice management, regulatory compliance and strategic planning within the medical practice management industry. Mr. Hulsey was an owner and partner of Medical Management Professionals, which was acquired by CBIZ in 1998, and has been an integral part of the strategic growth of the company. Mr. Hulsey holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in healthcare management from the University of Alabama, and is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association and the Medical Group Management Association.
Mr. Johnson recently served as CBIZ MMP's Executive Vice President of Operations and will now serve as CBIZ MMP's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Johnson is an experienced health care executive with an extensive background in operations management and more than 23 years of experience in the medical billing and practice management industry. Mr. Johnson holds both a Bachelor of Arts and an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond, is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the Healthcare Billing & Management Association.
With 73 offices in 25 states, CBIZ MMP provides coding, billing, and accounts receivable management services, as well as, full practice management services to radiology, anesthesiology, pathology and emergency medicine practices throughout the United States. CBIZ MMP's revenue has grown from $18 million in 1998 to $117 million in 2006.
Mr. Hulsey will replace J. Doug Bush who has been promoted to CBIZ Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. In his new position, Mr. Bush will work directly with the Company's senior management on corporate-wide initiatives and will have continued involvement in the identification and integration of MMP acquisitions.
The Company also announced the promotion of Kelly Davies to Vice President of Operations for the East Region of CBIZ MMP.
