Following the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the opening of the health care exchanges, the arrival of CBIZChoice is designed to help small and mid-sized employers deliver a personalized benefits package to their employees.

To bring this private benefits exchange to businesses across the U.S., CBIZ has partnered with Liazon, which operates industry-leading private benefits exchanges. CBIZ will incorporate its broad spectrum of employer solutions and consultative services with Liazon’s product. Employers that offer CBIZChoice to their employees will be able to provide a selection of health, wellness, dental, vision, life, disability and other related benefits from top national and regional providers.
