CBIZ today announced the promotion of Emily Noll to national director of
Wellness Solutions for CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc.
Noll brings to her new role 16 years of professional experience,
including wellness-related leadership positions held for nearly the past
decade. Among her positions before starting with CBIZ, she was the
director of wellness and later, director of lifework strategies for
Adventist Healthcare Inc. in Rockville, Maryland, where she was employed
from 2005 to 2013. Most recently, she was senior wellness account
executive for CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, providing expert
consultation on prevention and wellness strategies to local, national
and multinational employers of all sizes and industries.
In her new position, Noll will be responsible for leading the Wellness
Solutions staff and the wellness platform at CBIZ. Noll will be based in
Columbia, Maryland, and work with CBIZ offices and client-employers
throughout the United States. Her role will include consulting with
organizations to incorporate health, wellness and wellbeing activities
as part of their overall employee benefits plans.

Noll holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of
North Florida, Jacksonville, and a master’s degree in organizational
counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Past volunteer
leadership experience includes serving on an independent review panel
for the Alliance for Workplace Excellence, Rockville, and as board
president of the Affiliated Community Counselors, Rockville.
